• Build to a heavy rep of the complex
• Perform a minimum of 6 sets

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – kettlebell swing, 15 reps
Minute 2 – kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull, 15 reps
Minute 3 – goblet squat, 15 reps
