7 deadlifts + 7 hang power cleans + 7 push presses, left side
7 deadlifts + 7 hang power cleans + 7 push presses, right side
Rest between each side.

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 deadlifts (225 lb / 155 lb)
10 handstand push-ups
