Each partner completes reps of one movement per minute; rotate movements on the minute.

WEDNESDAY

10 minutes of handstand push-up practice

As many rounds and reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
9 handstand push-ups
11 power snatches (95 lb / 65 lb)
13 toes-to-bars

2-minute front plank hold
2-minute left plank hold
2-minute right plank hold

THURSDAY

Build to heavy complex of 1 hang power clean + 2 thrusters
Perform a minimum of 10 full complexes
