High-hang power snatch, 2-rep maximum

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 burpee pull-ups
8-10 American-style kettlebell swings

WEDNESDAY

Back-rack low step-ups, 8-rep maximum each side

50-40-30-20-10 for time:
Double-unders
Sit-ups

THURSDAY

Functional Range Conditioning

FRIDAY

Back squat, 1-rep maximum

For time:
20 hang squat snatches
Each time you set the barbell down, run 100 meters

SATURDAY

"Murph"

For time:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1-mile run. If you've got a 20-pound vest or body armor, wear it.
