WEDNESDAY

Back squat, 3-rep maximum

4 rounds for time of:
30 wall ball shots
Front plank, accumulating 60 seconds

THURSDAY

Functional Range Conditioning

FRIDAY

Front rack lunge, 6-rep maximum each side

For time:
30 hang squat cleans (135 lb. / 95 lb)
Each time you set the barbell down, complete 40 double-unders

SATURDAY

3 rounds for time of:
800-meter run
25 pull-ups
40 push-ups
100 air squats
40 push-ups
