MONDAY

Front squat, 7 x 4 reps (60% – light and fast)

Partner 5000-meter row
Losing team to complete 30 burpees upon finishing

TUESDAY

Barbell strict press, 3 x as many reps as possible in 60 seconds (60%)

4 rounds for time:
30 renegade rows
15 toes-to-bars

WEDNESDAY

Hang power clean, 10 x 3 reps on the minute
• Minute 1-3: 70%
• Minute 4-6: 75%
• Minute 7-10: 80%

3 rounds for total reps:
1 minute deadlifts (205 lb. / 155 lb.)
1 minute double-push-up burpees
1 minute handstand push-ups
1 minute 150-meter row*
1 minute rest
* If the row is completed in under 1 minute, any remaining time is extra rest. 

THURSDAY

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Minute 1: 6-8 strict toes-to-bars
Minute 2: 10-15 banded good mornings
Minute 3: 20-40 double-unders
