A. Front squat, 3-rep max
B. Front squat, max reps in 1 minute at 60% of 3-rep max

2000-meter row time trial

TUESDAY

A. Barbell strict press, 5-rep max
B. Barbell strict press, 2 x 5 reps at 80-90% of 5-rep max

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Minute 1: Handstand walk, 30 seconds
Minute 2: Toes-to-bars, 8-10 reps
Minute 3: Russian-style kettlebell swings, 12 reps (heavy)

WEDNESDAY

Hang power clean, 3-rep max

3 rounds for total reps:
1 minute deadlifts (185 lb. / 135 lb.)
1 minute burpees over barbell
1 minute box jumps
1 minute 200-meter run*
1 minute rest
* If the run is completed in under 1 minute, any remaining time is extra rest. 

THURSDAY

Every minute on the minute for 9 minutes:
Minute 1: 6-10 Cuban presses
Minute 2: 10-12 lateral box step-ups
Minute 3: 20-40 double-unders
