Our community was born in 2013 in a humble commercial garage on Columbia Street. Our address has changed, and so has our name. Our square footage has grown larger, and our community has grown closer. But one thing has remained constant:

We're committed to helping you develop every aspect of fitness from strength to flexibility, speed to stamina, power to coordination, so that you are prepared for whatever life brings.

Our mission is total fitness.

Our method is dedicated training - using carefully programmed, highly varied workouts, under the supervision of professional coaches, with the encouragement of a supportive community.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
