2017 Fitness and Nutrition Challenge

It's back! Join us for a four-week fitness and nutrition challenge with Coach Sarah, running April 23 through May 21.

  • Daily food journal and weekly check-ins

Important Dates

Sunday, April 16 – Q&A with Coach Sarah during Open Floor
Wednesday, April 19 – Benchmark workout announced
Saturday, April 22 – Sign-up deadline
Sunday, April 23 – Kickoff weigh-in and benchmark workout deadline
Saturday, May 20 – Final weigh-in
Sunday, May 21 – Benchmark retest and potluck party!

Athlete Requirements

  • Adhere to Whole30 dietary rules to the best of your ability
  • Keep a daily food log
  • Attend CrossFit class 3 times per week
  • Weekly email check-in with Coach Sarah

Top participants will be decided by a point system based on daily log adherence, CrossFit attendance, and bonus missions.
