New Schedule Effective May 1

In an effort to streamline our class schedule and provide better service to our members, we are making the following changes to our class schedule, effective May 1.

  • Evening classes will now be at 6:00p and 7:00p every weeknight. This means Monday and Friday classes move back 30 minutes; and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday classes move forward 30 minutes.
  • Sunday Open Floor has been extended and will run from 10:00a to 1:00p. Get your workout on earlier, or sleep in!
  • Weekday Open Floor continues to be available during all regular class hours. However, we are discontinuing the extra hours of 8:00a to 9:00a on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
